- Program Manager: Prof. Levi Tecson, AB Philosophy, MA in Education, CO/CD Specialist (City of Sto. Tomas, Batangas)
- Administrative Manager: Prof. Johanna Nastor-Abadicio, BS Psychology, MS in Psychology (San Pablo City, Laguna)
- Finance and Marketing Manager: Prof. Adelia Rulona, BS Psychology, MS in Psychology, Licensed Psychometrician (Malvar, Batangas)
- Training Consultant: Dr. Sammy Perado, Ph.D., PAREB, Lipa City, Batangas (Project-based)
*Based on the above organizational structure, the Program Officers are those involved in the organizational program on a full-time basis, while the Project-Based personnel are engaged in the program on a project basis whenever there is a project (in any program component), and the whole duration of its implementation.
