Human Resource Development as the Science of Building People, is a practical and structured approach to strengthening people and organizations. Participants will learn the fundamental principles of talent development, performance improvement, organizational behavior, and leadership growth. With a focus on practical tools, clear strategies, and real-world applications, the program empowers HR practitioners to build stronger teams, foster workplace learning, and support sustainable organizational success.
This program is designed to develop leadership excellence and governance proficiency among government officials and business practitioners. It provides a comprehensive foundation in ethical leadership, strategic management, organizational governance, and public-private sector collaboration. Participants will engage with essential frameworks and practical tools to enhance institutional effectiveness, promote accountability, and contribute meaningfully to sustainable development and organizational success.
The participants would be coming from LGUs, NGOs, civic organizations, government line agencies and business sectors.
Health Care Management
This program equips current and aspiring healthcare leaders or practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to effectively manage health systems, hospitals, and medical services. Participants will explore best practices in leadership, organizational strategy, patient-centered care, resource management, and health policy. Designed for a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment, the program emphasizes service excellence, ethical leadership, and operational efficiency to ensure high-quality, effective, and compassionate care delivery.
This program component empowers educators and managers with essential knowledge and strategies to champion environmental protection and sustainability. Participants will explore practical ways to support the green agenda, aligned with the Philippine government’s Environment and Natural Resources Framework Plan through the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), as well as key international environmental initiatives.
The program emphasizes local action and leadership in preserving and nurturing the earth, inspiring participants to drive meaningful change within their communities and institutions.
Enterprise Development
This component will make our educators and managers prepare their constituents develop entrepreneurial mindset to enable them future engines of economy. This gives trainers and trainees ideas on how enterprise as an opportunity develop their self-confidence in confronting entrepreneurial challenge through rigid knowledge on decision making, entrepreneurial thinking, taking on responsibilities as educators, managers and entrepreneurs. In brief, this program aims at capacitating SMEs and empowering community thru entrepreneurship.
Gender and Equity
Gender sensitivity is one of the most persevering challenges that we have been facing on a daily basis. This topic is essential for an equal and effective workplace, but is often misunderstood and mostly taken for granted and not given importance. If this aspect is to be championed within an institution, everyone must need to understand the issues, the roadblocks and the impact on how each one behaves on it, and what each can do to promote a workplace that is gender-sensitive. This program is highly recommended for educators, managers, supervisors and others in the management level that have influence in policy making or implementation in their respective workplaces interested in developing a gender-sensitive competency.
